Membership of the IADC-SAPC is open to all oil and gas industry drilling contractors, drilling service and supply companies, manufacturing companies, and producing companies in the area commonly referred to as the Southern Arabian Peninsula, recognised to include the United Arab Emirates, Oman, and Qatar.
